- tech inspected and pulled codes has 3 active codes. tech inspected and found excessive oil on boost hoses, has excessive blow by. found sitting oil on top of valve cover around coils, found torn boot on charge air cooler. Diagnosed Run ability concern. need to R&R intake and check inspect valves, tech R&R intake and found valves sticking and lever for sensor damaged, repair sensor and clean valves. while had intake off valve cover and coil s had standing oil on them. replaced valve cover gasket and installed new plugs. plugs showing lean condition. car ran better but still not right. would still stumble on acceleration. tech inspected and found restriction in exhaust system. repaired restriction. car better but still has stumble at lower RPMS. and O2 Sensor readings are all over the place. installed new Upstream O2 sensor. reading correctly, now has when turbo starts to kick in. found turbo blow off valve not allowing boost to build properly. replaced, now showing lean condition at idle on short term fuel trim. Smoke tested Intake and found excessive smoke coming from crankcase, motor is hurt on cylinder #3 and found PCV stuck open. replace valve and retest. car runs great. need to put more miles and see if Evap codes come back P0455 Evap system gross leak P2006 Intake runner stuck closed P010 MAF/VAF circuit range performance during repairs code P1280 lean at idle
