- tech inspected, hooked up scanner and pulled codes. active code P0300 random misfire. road tested to verify concern. watched misfire pids and found misfire on cylinder #5. checked out plug and found it to need replacement, installed new plug and moved coil and wire to different cylinder. retested and found had slight random miss on cylinder wire was moved too. install new wire and road test t verify repairs. now ok.
